The Keystone Chapter encourages all women interested in aviation to attend a meeting or event without obligation. Membership in the Ninety-Nines International Organization of Women Pilots is required to hold chapter office, qualify for scholarships, or vote. Women holding a pilot's license may join the 99's as full members. Student pilots may join as "Future Woman Pilots".
